Made this on Thursday and it was so good! I like to add a few dashes of Worcestershire (to taste) to the sauce. For something different you can add mexican corn to the mix! My mom could pull this together in no time and we would gobble it all up. My husband and I have been using this recipe since 2013. Made my day! Outstanding flavor!! And we are able to Double it either to Freeze or If Our Sons Love it then it will be gone by Tomorrow at Lunchtime ! In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients(Onion Soup mix, bread crumbs & garlic salt) then add in the wet ingredients(water or beef broth, Worcestershire sauce & egg) mix together then add in the ground beef and incorporate all the ingredients together mix well. I like making my rice on the sticky side so that the gravy doesn’t make it too mushy. The ratio of sauce to 12 oz package of egg noodles is good. Just some ground beef, seasonings, an easy gravy mix and boom – dinner is served! Even the egg noodles? You might need some extra broth on hand in case it has dried out a bit. Just made this for dinner.. Love this great and simple version of a classic dish. This was very easy to make and so good.
